Come with us down the stunning Pacific Coast Highway to Santa Cruz on the pristine Monterey Bay.

No big bus for you! Comfortable in a small group in one of our mini vans customized for touring, your experienced guide/driver will point out sites, provide explanations and history and handle all the driving, you need only sit back, relax and enjoy.

You'll drive through the rich farms of the Salinas Valley - Artichoke Capital of the World (featured in East of Eden), then spend 2 delightful hours in Carmel-by-the-Sea , a refuge for wandering writers and artists after the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. This endearing forest village of charming cottage homes remains a creative haven, while steadfastly resisting 20th Century clutter.

17 Mile Drive & Pebble Beach

If you could afford to live anywhere in the world, where would you live?  The answer for many of the world's richest families is the famed 17 Mile Drive , which winds along the Pacific Coast and past the famous Pebble Beach golf course.

You don't have to fight the traffic, study the maps or pay the fees to experience this magnificent drive. Sit back and watch as some of the most magnificent vistas in the world unfold. We'll experience the 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove, where Monarch Butterflies come en masse.

Monterey

Home of Steinbeck's Cannery Row, Monterey is an historic and delightful town nestled on the Monterey Bay

You may visit the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium (entry fee not included) or follow the footsteps of the characters in John Steinbeck's famous books.

After a full day of beauty and fun, you may enjoy a nap as your guide/driver takes you back through the Silicon Valley to your hotel. After a day of spectacular sights, you'll be ready for a night out in The City by the Bay!

urs depart at 9:30 AM, 10:15 AM and then every ½ hour until 2:15 PM on the winter schedule. The last day tour departs at 4:15 PM on the summer schedule. Evening tours depart at 4:20 and 5:10 PM in the spring and fall, and at 6:20 and 7:05 PM in the summer.

Dress:

Casual dress and comfortable shoes. San Francisco tends to be foggy in the morning and warmer in the afternoon. Carmel and Monterey can be chilly in the morning and quite warm in the afternoon. Wear layered clothing.

All seats are guaranteed once you receive your confirmation email. Cancellations will be refunded in full, minus a $25.00 processing fee. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date are nonrefundable.

Tickets & Conf irmation:

Immediately after submitting your reservation, your receipt will be displayed. The receipt will contain the tour operator's contact information and your order number. Within 24-48 hours you will receive your confirmation email with a confirmation number and hotel pick up time. Print the confirmation.
