| When will I receive my confirmation number? | Your confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is for more than 30 in advance, you will receive your confirmation 30 days before your tour. |
| How do I order more than 8 Alcatraz Tickets? | To order more than 8 tickets, you must place separate orders for each set of 8 tickets using a different credit card for each order. |
| Can I order Alcatraz Tickets for some one else like my daughter? | No - not really. To pick up your tickets you must provide the credit card used to order the tickets and you must provide a picture id. |
| Why am I receiving two confirmation numbers for a City and Alcatraz tours.? | A combination tour, like a Bay Cruise and a tour of Alcatraz, requires the efforts of two tour operators. Each operator has their own confirmation number. |
| Why are there two charges on my credit card for an Alcatraz tour? | The two charges cover ticket prices, often significantly discounted, and our booking fee. |
| Can I be picked up at my hotel? | Most tours include hotel pick up, but some tours such as an Alcatraz only tour, Bay Cruise tour, and the GPS tour do not include hotel pickup. In the left column of each tour description page, you will find information on availability of hotel pickup. |
